Austin Roofs (austinroofs.com) is an information site and a referral service for roofing estimates in Travis, Williamson and Hays counties, Texas. It is not a roofing contractor.
What we collect
When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and what you tell us about your roof. We also record the date and time you submitted the form, the page you submitted it from, the consent text you saw, and your IP address, so we can prove consent if asked.
What we do with it
We pass your request to one partner roofing contractor so they can contact you, inspect the roof and give you a written estimate. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than that contractor and the services we use to run this site (hosting, email, form processing).
Calls and texts
You agreed, when you submitted the form, that Austin Roofs and its partner contractors may call or text you about your request. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing hello@austinroofs.com. We will stop within one business day and tell the partner to stop too.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests and the consent record are kept for four years, then deleted.
