Call or text (512) 000-0000, email hello@austinroofs.com, or use the form below. We reply within one business day and pass your request to our partner roofer, who schedules the inspection with you directly.
Austin Roofs is a referral service, not a roofing contractor. Your inspection and estimate come from our partner roofer, an independent contractor. Every estimate starts with an inspection, comes in writing, and carries no obligation. How this works.
What to have ready
- The address. Check it on the Austin Hail Map first if a storm is the reason.
- What you noticed and when. A ceiling stain, missing shingles, a storm date, an insurer’s letter.
- Photos, if you have them. The ceiling and the roof above it. Phone photos are fine.
- Your roof’s age, if you know it.
- If a claim is involved: your insurer’s name and whether you have filed. Nobody here files or negotiates claims (Texas Insurance Code §4102.163) or pays deductibles (Business & Commerce Code §27.02). See insurance claims.
Active leak?
Say so in the form or by text; active leaks are passed along first. Put a bucket down, and if the ceiling is bulging, poke a small hole so the water drains before the drywall falls.
Hours and opting out
Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. To stop contact, reply STOP to any text or email hello@austinroofs.com; see how it works.
FAQ
Is the estimate free?
Estimates from the partner roofer are free and in writing. The referral costs you nothing, and the inspection report is yours to keep.
How fast will someone come out?
The partner roofer contacts you within one business day to schedule; after a major storm it can take longer, and we’ll say so. After a major hail event, demand spikes across Austin, and requests are passed along in the order they arrive.
Do you cover my city?
If it is in Travis, Williamson or Hays County, yes: Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Hutto, Lakeway, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos and Dripping Springs.
Will the roofer meet my insurance adjuster?
Yes, if you ask. The partner shows the adjuster what was documented and does not negotiate the claim; Texas law does not allow a roofer to.
